KALE CHIPS

This super quick snack ingredients are just kale leaves, some olive oil, salt, and pepper for seasonings. The preparation process is simple and quick. Take the kale leaves and remove ribs and stems, then tear them into small pieces.

Put the leaves in a mixing bowl and sprinkle salt and pepper. Also, add some olive oil and mix with your hands. Make sure all the leaves are coated with spices and olive oil. Toss the leaves on a baking sheet in a single layer and transfer them into the oven. Bake for 5 minutes under the temperature of 200° C. If you want to store them, make sure they have become completely cool and put into the airtight container, otherwise, they will get soggy.

MINI PIZZA WITH ENGLISH MUFFIN

This snack requires a whole-wheat English muffin. Vegetables (you can choose your favorite veggies), mozzarella, and marinara sauce.

Make English muffins thinner cutting them into two circles. The next steps are similar to that of pizza making process; smear marinara sauce on them, sprinkle shredded cheese, and top with the chopped vegetables you have prepared. Place on the baking sheet and transfer it into the oven. Bake under the temperature of 450° for no more than 5 minutes. Be careful not to burn the cheese.

 

APPLES WITH PEANUT BUTTER

I guess you have never met such an easy and quick but meanwhile so tasty snack. What you need to make it is just some peanut butter and apples.

You can make it in a minute. Just slice the apples and smear some peanut butter on them. That’s all. This snack is rich in proteins and fiber and will help you stay satiated till the real lunch or dinner time.

The preparation process is very fun, you will enjoy it, I am sure. First of all, you must melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave until it becomes liquid. Then slice the banana to your desired size. Cut the walnuts into very small pieces. Then take banana slices separately with a toothpick and dip them into the chocolate liquid. Be careful that all the sides of the banana slices get coated with melted chocolate. After it, coat the pieces with chopped walnuts and put the banana slices on the paper parchment. When you have done the same with all the slices, put them in the freezer until they get firm.

You can keep them in one bag when all the bananas are frozen, then take with you to the work, and enjoy it during the break.

AVOCADO CRACKERS

Another fascinating snack to make your boring mornings awesome and funny. What you need for this recipe is avocado, multigrain crackers, salt, and pepper.

Cover the multigrain crackers with avocado slices in a single layer. Sprinkle some salt and pepper, and enjoy.

Italian cuisine always surprises me with its fascinating and addictively delicious recipes. And here is one of them. The recipe requires tomatoes, garlic, basil, balsamic, salt pepper, and toast rich in fiber.

In a mixing bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, and add there the other ingredients, including some minced garlic, chopped basil, a drop of balsamic, and sprinkle salt and pepper. Mix all together and refrigerate a little bit during the time you toast the bread. Then take the mixture and smear bread toasts with it. Enjoy each bite.

 

SMOKED SALMON WITH AVOCADO

One more yummy snack again for avocado lovers. And a slice of incredible salmon is a real treat for this. What you need for this recipe is avocado, salmon, bread slices, olive oil, and chili pepper flakes.

So, firstly, toast the bread slices. Then take a slice of bread and top it with avocado slices, brush it with some olive oil and sprinkle chili flakes. Then top the slices with the tiny pieces of chopped salmon.

This is a super easy 4-ingredient recipe which is very healthy and delicious. The required ingredients are Ezekiel toast, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and some berries to top with.

To prepare it, you just need to take a slice of Ezekiel toast and smear some Greek yogurt on it. Then sprinkle chia seeds and top with your favorite berries. I usually recommend choosing the berries, which are high-fiber to make the toasts more nutritious. For this purpose, you can use blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries.

 

HUMMUS WITH VEGETABLES

Carrots, peppers, and celery dipped in soft and fantastically tasty hummus; this is what you need to feel you energized and active in the morning. I like to try this snack early in the morning. I can even say this is my motivation to wake up in the morning.

Just chop your vegetables into small 5 cm long pieces and dip in the hummus. Enjoy and fill your day with some positive and tasty feelings.

 

OATS ENERGY BITES

An oats energy ball a day can keep doctors away! Yeas, these amazing balls filled with oats and dates can be an incredible part of your day. They are really fascinating and super easy to make. The balls don’t even require baking; you just combine some ingredients, make balls, and enjoy them.

The ingredients are oats, dates, seeds, and nuts. Just put all these ingredients into the blender and blend until you get a paste-like mixture. You can also add some salt, but it’s optional. When you get that cream like mixture, take it from the blender and make small balls from. That’s all. They are ready to be enjoyed. You don’t need to eat too much. Just two to three balls, and you will feel very energized and full.

You can also keep them for later eating, but store the energy balls in the freezer no more than a week.
